usage of my work.

i will most likely post your commission to social media (watermarked & with clarification that it is for your use only).if you ask me not to post it to social media, i will refrain from posting it. however, i still reserve the right to use it in my portfolio & share with friends privately.you may post my art (watermarked or not) to social media, provided that you credit me appropriately!commercial use is strictly prohibited without explicit permission
this carrd is for personal use commissions only. rates change for commerical work.using my art for NFT, crypto, ai learning, and anything similar is prohibited.

payment.

paypal, ko-fi & e-transfer (canada) only
we do not have venmo/cashapp/etc. in canada, sorry!upfront payment only.
for larger commissions ($100+) i can accept a payment plan, but you will not recieve the full quality unwatermarked image until it is paid in full.i do not accept refunds after i have started.

process.

i try to send progress pictures at all major stages of working
while i may be a bit of a quiet worker, i do want you to be involved at every step of the way to make sure the art turns out just right.i do not charge for revisions, provided that you ask for them at the appropriate stages! (example: if you don't like the pose, tell me at the initial sketch stage, not the colouring one!)- you will receive at least one progress picture for the following stages:
the initial sketch, the final linework, the base colours, and the shading.upon completion, you get ...
a sta.sh link to the full resolution & unwatermarked piece (link: example of a sta.sh post). if we are communicating over discord, which allows me to send full res images, i will just send it through discord.upon request, i can email you the full quality image.turnaround time
total turnaround time can be a little unpredictable due to carpal tunnel, on average one piece can take anywhere from 14-30 days.i appreciate patience when pieces end up taking a little longer than expected! especially with bigger pieces.

abilities.

my prices are listed in canadian dollars
i am canadian.i usually start work on a 2400x2400 px canvas.
i will make the canvas bigger/smaller as needed, depending on the piece.commissions are always fully coloured & shaded.
( unless discussed or stated otherwise. )my prices are up for discussion!
i will not heavily discount my work, but there is no perfect formula to apply to every single piece.my listed prices serve to help you have a general idea of how much something might cost before proceeding with a commission.questions are encouraged!

i have two linework styles. i default to the semi-transparent lines unless asked otherwise. there is no change of cost between each style.below is an example of each (default & solid linework respectively)still lost? click here for examples!

backgrounds.

background pricing varies significantly depending on what you want!click here for pricing details on backgrounds

character design.

reference sheet pricing.front facing only: $100
front & back: $120
front/back/sides: $170+ $5-10 if additional drawings are needed to convey additional details.

heres some of my ocs. take that as you will if you want me to help with designing characters.the jump in cost from non-reference sheet prices comes from the assumption that there is no existing reference sheet and that i will be working solely with a description and lots of communication.

mini comics.

low effort / low detail mini comics.$20 per fully coloured panel.
(limited backgrounds)this cost is very flexible, depending on the needs of the piece!i will send a pre-sketch detailing the cost of each panel to confirm before payment. this will likely just be stick figures to show where things are, so you can understand why something is priced the way it is!

animals.

i do not draw animals often enough to have concrete pricing for them, so the cost will vary from piece to piece!in general, feel free to name your price and i'll be happy to draw any animals.

this page is so long and the way i've divided up the prices may seem a little arbitrary, so questions are encouraged!

loose definitions:fully detailed means that the characters take up less than half of the drawing and/or the background is fully rendered / shaded.simple means that the characters take up most of the space, or that its simple with little rendering or shading.i do not charge for flat coloured backgrounds, and if you're at all confused about pricing: feel free to ask questions! and i will always confirm the price with you before payment.+ many of these examples are getting a little bit old and may not be reflective of the full extent of my skill level.

i have two different styles of doing linework.there is no difference in cost between the two styles! they take about the same amount of time/effort and i think they look equally as good. :)
